Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

At GROWSIA SOFTWARE & WEB SOLUTIONS ("Growsia"), we strive to deliver transparent, reliable, and high-quality software platforms and web engineering services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out clear terms governing cancellations and refunds for our GymOS SaaS subscriptions, custom web development projects, web hosting, and business photography services.

2. GymOS SaaS Subscriptions

Cancellation: You may cancel your GymOS recurring subscription at any time by contacting our support team via email (pratyush@growsia.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9278027491). Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility:

• 7-Day Initial Satisfaction Guarantee: First-time subscribers who are unsatisfied with GymOS may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial activation date.
• Recurring Renewal Periods: Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced; however, you will not be charged for future billing cycles upon cancellation.
• Data Export: Upon account cancellation, gym administrators are provided access to export all member records and ledger data.

3. Custom Website Development & Design Services

Custom website development involves significant design, architectural, and engineering resources allocated specifically to your project.

• Project Initiation / Deposit: Initial deposits cover discovery, initial UI/UX mockups, and resource scheduling. If a project is cancelled by the client before design kickoff, the deposit will be refunded minus a nominal administrative fee (10%).
• In-Progress Milestones: Once project design and development phases have commenced and milestones are approved, payments corresponding to completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Pre-Launch Review & Defect Warranty: We provide a comprehensive 30-day post-launch warranty period during which all bugs, configuration adjustments, or defects are resolved at zero additional cost.

4. Web Hosting & Domain Registration

• Hosting Subscriptions: Annual web hosting plans may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a prorated refund of unused full months.
• Domain Names: Domain registrations and third-party SSL certificates are non-refundable once registered with the domain registry as ownership is immediately registered to the client.

5. Refund Processing Timelines & Methods

Approved refunds are processed promptly under the following guidelines:

• Refunds are credited directly to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).
• Processing time is typically 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.
• An official credit note / refund confirmation invoice is emailed upon completion.
